All reservations should be made directly with the host via email or WhatsApp. While we prefer payment in cash (ZAR or USD) upon arrival, alternative payment options can be arranged upon request.

• Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in safari activities. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider prior to your stay if you have medical concerns or conditions.

• Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with the camp's rules and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to ask any guest who is disruptive or in violation of camp policies to leave the premises without a refund.

• Liability: Participation in safari activities, including game drives and walking safaris, involves inherent risks. By booking a stay, guests accept these risks and release Shongololo Tented Safari Camp from liability for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during their stay.

• Minors: Children under the age of 10 are not recommended to stay at the camp for safety reasons. Children aged 10 and older are welcome with prior notice. Please check with us for age-specific activity recommendations.

• Safari Activities: Our camp offers a variety of optional activities, including game drives, bush walks, and other excursions. All activities are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to alter or cancel any activity for safety or operational reasons.

• Pricing: All prices are in ZAR and are subject to change without notice. Rates include accommodation, scheduled game drives, and meals (breakfast and dinner only). Additional activities, special requests, and beverages may incur extra charges.

• Payment Methods: We prefer to be paid in cash (ZAR or USD) upon your arrival however, we will also accept EFT (direct bank transfer). Other payment methods can be discussed.
